I am a very proud big sister to Bella who is An 11 week old bundle of scrumtiouness.
I was extreamly fortunate to know our daddy for 28 years, unfortunately this wasn't the case for Bella, in fact Bella will never meet our Daddy, he passed away very unexpectedly of a sudden heart attack in August last year when her mummy was 31 weeks pregnant with her.

Because our Daddy died before Bella was born the law says Bella can't have her Daddy on her birth certificate. Sad, but it's the law.
Although she will be reminded of him every day, shown lots of photos and told many stories this upsets us very much. Bella deserves so much more and should have the right to have her father on her birth certificate, this is her right and part of her identity.
Now, the big empty box next to "Father" CAN be filled ( we have learnt after lots of research.)
We can't change the law but we can add his name there after funding an appropriate DNA test from the doctor, court fees and the appropriate solicitor.

DNA - £375
Doctors fee - £30
Court cost - £450
Solicitor - have been told a guide of around £600
