Fastworks is a value based award winning early intervention programme established in 2012 driven to support and encourage relationships between families, parent and child, relationships with schools and the wider community. We believe that children with this support are less likely to - fail at school, abuse drugs or alcohol, display anti-social behaviours, experience child abuse and develop significant mental health problems which is important in West Dunbartonshire which is an area of high unemployment and poverty. The Fastworks programme developed from the FAST programme currently run by Save the Children and with their support we were able to successfully run this programme.
