Jaxon was born at 24weeks weighing 1lb 2ozs but stopped growing at 22 weeks.
His amazing family have been through very traumatic times but Jaxon is fighting and is to be one at the end of the month.
I was originally raising funds for a family holiday as they have missed special occasions, Christmas and birthdays together as Jaxon has two older brothers Josh and Kians. Memories are special and cant be taken away.
Due to Jaxon continuously having medications and periods in Pilgrim Hospital it has been decided to now raise the money for the hospital to help families like Jaxons.
I am going to swim 5,000m at Fresh Fitness time and date to be confirmed.
Please give anything you can to help care for not only the premature babies fighting literally for their lives but their families who are there too every minute.
It would not be possible without the tireless work of all the staff who do an amazing job of caring for all babies but also all of the families.
