Story
My step daughter, Hannah, is going to Nakuru in Kenya on July 2nd for two weeks.
She is travelling with Younique Travel Adventures, as part of the Younite Foundation Charity, which does excellent work around the world with helping children.
To help raise the cost of the £2500 trip, we are hosting a balloon race at The Lechlade Festival.
Tickets are £2 each, which can be bought in advance via links below or on the day at the festival.
The winner for the owner of the balloon that travels the furthest from Lechlade will win a 40" LED HD TV, with built in Freeview.
All the people that find a balloon/ticket, and register this with us by email by Monday 12th June 2017, are entered into a draw to win a £50 voucher for either Frankie'n'Bennys, or TGI Fridays. The winners will be announced on Tuesday 13th 2017, by email and on this page.
Tickets are on sale on the day at Lechlade Festival, or in advance via Crowd Funding and Just Giving pages ( see links below ).
Tickets cost just £2 each, with all monies raised being used to pay for the trip and essential maintenence to the Silver Bells Orphanage, and The Melon School. If we raise over that amount, we are going to buy and ship toys, toiletries, and educational equipment to help with their learning and for fun.
