Story
Our beautiful daughter Poppy was born on the 28th October 2016 at 4.37pm weighing 6lb6oz but due to a devastating brain injury she passed away on the 31st October 2016 at Leeds General Infirmary NICU at just three days old.
We are looking to raise funds in our daughters memory to help other families affected by loss and ensure our daughters memory lives on.
We have received outstanding support from various charities including 4Louis and Forget Me Not. Our first fundraising mission is raise money for a square on the wall of celebration than we can donate in Poppy's Memory with the money going to Forget Me Not allowing them to help other families.
