In loving memory of Steve Adams, 07.09.59 to 03.03.17, we ask that people not bring flowers to the funeral, but instead donate to two causes very close to his and the family's heart, Macmillan Pallative Care Unit Sheffield and Derek Dooley MBE Football Academy for disability football.
You can also donate at the funeral or to the funeral directors, W M Simpson and Son (cheques for Macmillan made payable to 'SHC 5363 Palliative Care Unit').
