Aidan is 10 years old. On 9th June 2016, he was diagnosed with Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma - a very rare, and aggressive form of cancer which affects less than 60 people in the UK each year.

Aidan's is having to have Proton Beam Radiotherapy (unlike conventional radiotherapy, this targets only the cancer cells, causing minimal damage to any surrounding tissue.)
Proton Beam Therapy is currently only available in the USA. To date, around only 400 people from the UK have been sent to the USA for this type of treatment.

Aidan will be going for his treatment In September, and will need to be out there for around 2 months receiving treatment everyday.

We would like to raise as much money as we possible can to make everything about this trip as easy and as comfortable and as stress free as possible for Aidan and his family.
