Iʼve raised £215 to help relocate a small orphanage in Nepal to bigger premises. They are doing wonderful work helping 8 children to get back into society.

Story
The Family Home are building strong, healthy families in Nepal by providing vulnerable and orphaned children with a family of their own. They employ a set of houseparents, rent or build a proper home and have 8-10 children come and live together with the houseparents as a "real" family.
An opportunity has arisen to move to a new, purpose built house in April 2017 but £1500 is needed as the rent needs to be paid 6 months in advance. The new house has 9 rooms (they currently share), 4 bathrooms (they currently shower in a cubicle on the roof!), a yard to play in and it is also close to their school.
You can find out more about this wonderful initiative by looking at the website at http://www.thefamilyhome.se/in-english
I'm setting the target at the £1500 required for the deposit but would love to think its a minimum rather than a target!
My connection to this is that the wonderful people who run this are friends of mine in Sweden and I've been helping them fundraise for a year now.
Thanks very much for supporting 'The Family Home'.
