To raise money for the AMAZING prince of wales hospice where my nana who sadly passed away at the hospice in pontefrwct on the 2/9/17 she spent her final

12 hours here with her family and doting husband by her side & they were out of this world with her! Also we will be raising money for Dementiauk, dementia is close to our hearts due to my nana suffering with it and it getting worse over the last 6months we actually saw what dementia can actually do not just to the person who has it but to a family.
