Weʼve raised £300 to Take my Son to Whitby Goth Weekend

Funded on Monday, 13th November 2017

    Story

Every year since he was 9 I have taken my Son (who is on the autism spectrum) to Whitby Goth Weekend. Its his favorite place in the world. Its where he feels most accepted and comfortable, its our thing.

This year my wife and I have split up, its been brutal. I am now living a long way from him without transport and im broke, trying to restart my life. Its hit him hard really hard. I am desperately trying to not take this from him too, but I need help. I just dont have the money. If you can help me my gratitude will be eternal and you`ll help make a young man very very happy.

Its especially important as one of his favorite bands are playing a group called Pussy Cat and The Dirty Johnsons. When my son was being bullied for being alternative and different these guys took the time to write him a wonderful letter, they also sought him out in the crowd and gave him the signed set list. They bloody rawk.
