Sadly in April last year I lost my cousin, who was training to be a Fast Jet Pilot. Ajvir was a special individual whose leadership qualities are still talked about today and the lasting impression he left on many in his very short life.

In his memory The Ajvir Singh Leadership Foundation has been set up and to help the Foundation I will be completing a charity bike ride that will see me cycle over 250 miles over 3 days, with a serious amount of climbing each day!

The Foundation will aim to recognise passion, commitment and an outstanding dedication to various fields amongst young people aged 11-25.

Resolving to help individuals to progress in their respective disciplines, the foundation will reward, assist and encourage young people who display skills which demonstrate the seeds for growth of successful future leaders. The foundation is dedicated to supporting young people achieve their dreams through a combination of financial aids, accolades and access to a support network.

The Ajvir Singh Sandhu Leadership Foundation supports the talented young people of today to become the leaders of tomorrow, allowing them to spread their wings and fly as high as Ajvir did.
