As many of you will now be aware, we lost our beloved Husband, Dad and Grandad Albert after a battle with cancer, and we are now attempting to raise funds for the wards that helped him so much and touched him whilst receiving his treatment, the CAU and Childrens Cancer Wards at Addenbrokes.

In true spirit, Albert fought this awful disease with humilty, love and laughter, and we will cherish the memories we created with him in the months and weeks leading up to his death. Now we ask you to help us leave a lasting legacy in his name. If, through our fundraising, we can make just one persons ordeal a little bit easier to go through, then we will have achieved our goal.

Albert was a fun loving, caring man, who had time for anybody, especially if they had a glass of red wine to chat over!! He touched many people through his love and enthusiasm for shooting, cricket and sport in general and this has been highlighted by the scores of cards, messages and well wishes recieved since his passing.
