Owen Nisbet, 11 from Methil in Fife was a budding footballer with Kennoway Soccer Sevens and he had a bright future ahead of him. Sadly on the 26th of October Owen passed away at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Edinburgh after a very short illness. Owens parents expressed thier wish to support the hospital in any way they can to give something back for all the care and love they showed Owen and the family at such a difficult time, with this in mind Kennoway Soccer Sevens are determined to make as much money as they possibly can to ensure Owen leaves a lasting legacy.

My son Lee played alongside Owen in the 2006 team and his sister Beth age 13 wanted to show support. Beth is going to cut up to 12" from her hair and donate to the Little Princess Trust who make wigs for children who lose their hair during treatment.
Beth would like to ask you to give generously as all money she raises will be added to Owens appeal. She will cut her hair the week prior to 2nd December so we can announce the total raised.
