With the passing of dearest Barry who was a Son, Grandson, Brother, Nephew, Uncle, Hero and Best friend of many, it is hard to comprehend a life without his presence. Barry's life, in true Barry style is spread vastly across this country. With his birthtown being in Scotland.

His latter life in East Anglia, and his loves, across the globe.
His birthplace & his final resting place was Scotland.
Home to the Parents that created him, his family that worshipped him and the place that beautiful & not always understandable accent was born.

Even after him being away for what seemed a lifetime, there is no doubt that Barry will always be 'Scottish Barry'.

It would be an utter delight to have a memorial placed for him, for his family & his friends, to remember, to feel, and to hang out with a memory of this man that we love so very much.

As Barry was cremated, he has been given back to the earth in order to absorb new life with his remains. These places he rests were his favourite places & although we will all have a lifetime of memories in our minds, for some, a physical presence is powerful. For the ones who are young, they will have a place of introduction to this wonderful man, for some that are a little older, it is a reachable place to spend time close to the memory's, A physical representation of this wonderful being.
A headstone & Tree is the goal for his remembrance.

Alas, Barry himself, all of us, along with the rest of everyone that knew of his illness, often drew back to the idea that he was immortal. For his fight, love and persistence gave us great belief that what has happened could be even longer into the future.
With that, a financial pillow for his departure was not that fluffy. I am hoping that with anyone who is able, we can help fund a forever place for Barry to be visited. The appreciation for everyone who has supported & visited Barry is endless so anything no matter how small that can be donated is greatly appreciated.
