Story
Our son, Thomas, who is 16, is taking part in a rowing event to raise funds for equipment for Bedford Sea Cadets. As a team they are going to row from St.Neots to Bedford, on the River Ouse, which is approximately 15 miles, on Saturday 30th September 2017. This is a great cause and Thomas has attended Sea Cadets for the past 4 years. They have approximately 40 members. Cadets are aged between 10 and 18 so rowing this distance will be quite a challenge. They will have a great sense of achievement!

This is Thomas' page and hopefully if each cadet could raise about £100 each they could raise around £4000. The rowing boat would could cost at least a couple of thousand pounds. The unit also needs updating with fencing and repairs. Hopefully this will encourage more members!
