Our daughter was 1 off a twin born at 25 +2 week, bella never manage to make it home bella was diagnosed with pulmonary vein stenosis and pulmonary hypertension she fought for her life for 10 whole months to the point the disease took our baby girl away from us, bella passed away on the 23rd off October at 1.35am in our arms, we want to be able to give bella the best she deserves a special send off bella is very much loved and missed by her whole family and friends xxx any help toward giving bella the beat will be very much grateful please help us give bella what she deserves and a send off in momery off our beautiful princess bella xxx
