My mate Alan and i have decided to run the "couch to 5km" park run non stop in Prudhoe on the 2nd December 2017. The aim is to raise some funds for 1st Winlaton Scout Group to buy some new equipment for all of the kids. We were both Scouts so its something we both care about plus both of my kids currently go there too. We aren't runners but will be running 4 days a week in all weather's for the next 12 weeks or so, so it's got to be worth a donation even if it's £1 or 50p to help us hit our target.
