    Story

    Lets do this!

    Where we are:

We have engaged with local suppliers to get indicative quotes for the work which is where our £27,000 target comes from. We are also applying for funds from various community funds such as those run by East Renfrewshire Council, the National Lottery, we are also raising money in the community.

We are also raising funds for our school & community playground in the neighbourhood .The enthusiasm and support, has been awesome, so lets get started.

    What we are doing:

Pubquiz Thursday 17th March 7:30 - Orchard park, Giffnock.

A charity boxing match. 2nd July in Glasgow.

A charity relay swim from Ayrshire to Arran - team still being picked get in touch if you are interested.

A kids sponsored walk "kids up the Conic" in late May, details to follow.

We are collecting donations for auctions and raffles so far we have:

A weekend get away to a holiday home in Largs.

A piece of artwork or commission from, totally cool local artist (our words not hers) https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/LucyGordonPrints.

    Braidbar Playground

In 2021 after some heavy use by the 200+ kids at Braidbar Primary School our, playground was deemed unsafe and was dismantled. We have fallen into a funding hole, so are now raising money to get the school, and local community a safe and stimulating place to play.
