Cambridge CSSA 2018 Chinese New Year Gala

Cambridge Chinese Students & Scholars Association (hereafter referred to as the "Cambridge CSSA") is a registered not-for-profit and non-political student organisation officially affiliated with the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom. Since its inception in 1984, Cambridge CSSA has devoted to serving all Chinese students and scholars in Cambridge. Cambridge CSSA has grown to become one of the largest and most influential organisations in the University of Cambridge with over 5000 members with Chinese and other nationalities.

Spring Festival, widely known as Chinese New Year in the West, is the most important traditional festival and the most important celebration for people not only in China but also in many other countries, for example the UK. This year, 2018, the CSSA will be hosting the magnificent Chinese New Year Gala at the Cambridge Corn Exchange, on Monday evening 12th February, and we are expecting over 1000 participants to join us to together celebrate the 2018 Chinese New Year.

This year, Cambridge CSSA cooperates with Overseas Chinese Students Children's Fund (referred to as "Ofund"). 👉For each ticket of 2018 Cambridge CSSA Chinese New Year Gala we sold, 20p will be automatically donated to Ofund. If you would like to donate any additional amounts to further help children in Qumahexiang in Qumailai County, Yushu, Qinghai Province in China through “Cambridge CSSA“ and “Ofund“, please click on the "Donate" on the top-right side and leave your message. About Ofund

Since Ofund was founded in 2007, Ofund has been recruiting overseas Chinese students from various schools all over the world every year in the form of online registration combined with interview and assessment . Many of them come from the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, London School of Economics, Cornell University and other world-renowned universities.
