Weʼve raised £655 to help refurbish the library floor and furniture; the floor is unsafe so we would like to be able to repair it for the children to use again.

Story
Cameley CofE Primary School is a small village school, sadly as many schools find themselves these days, there is next to nothing in the local authority budgets to be able to fund much at all in our schools. The library floor in the school is now unsafe and therefore cannot be enjoyed by the children. We are hoping to raise some money to go towards repairing it so the children have a new and safe space to read and learn in.
To do this, the 'Cameley Crazies i.e 4 parents' are going to run the Chew Valley 10k on Sun 10th June. This 10k is particularly challenging as it involves one very BIG hill! But we are most proud of our children; Ellie, Rosanna and Emily who are also going to run the children's 1km race to raise money for their school. This is very impressive given that they are all in reception class and are only 5yrs old!
We would appreciate any donation, no matter how small to help provide children with the space they need to enjoy reading at school.
