The big day has been and gone and we finished in 4 hrs - 46 mins and 43 seconds. From the bottom of our hearts once again than you all so much for your generous donations and words of encouragement.. You have supported a wonderful cause,, helping children and non-resident parents spend time together to create happy memories of fun and games, toys and books, parties, bikes, roller-skates and everything else little ones love to do with mum or dad. Well this young man has really been training hard for the big day on Saturday. We are walker no: 3001 and we'll be pounding 13 miles of beautiful Jersey coastline (including the pretty hairy north coast) to raise as much money as we can for Milli's Child Contact Centre. We have thoroughly enjoyed raining together; long walks, no electronics and constant chat chat chat chat chat ;o)
