Story
For many years the residents of Potters Drive, Hopton have been used to seeing number 41 decorated up with an outside display of light at Christmas. When Charlie was diagnosed with cancer of the bowl in September last year, Charlie and Vivianne decided to ask if those enjoying them could donate to The Louise Hamilton Centre at The James Paget Hospital, Gorleston. This year Wayne and Vivianne have Decided to donate any money raised to the Sandra Capman Centre and The Louise Hamilton Centre at the James Paget in Gorleston.
The Louise Hamilton centre is a safe haven, a place where people can get help, advice and support, with a variety of organisations working together. The centre provides some specialist palliative care services and support. The Sandra Chapman Centre provides care and treatment to Cancer Patients.
After Charlie Passed Away on 22nd November last year, Friends of the Family Banded together to help finish his lights and make sure they shone bright for all to see as he would have wanted. This Year they have come together to Make it happen again. Hopeing to raise funds for the Sandra Capman Centre and The Louise Hamilton Centre at the James Paget in Gorleston.
Last year we raised £765 on Just Giving along with £835 in other donations. For a total £1600 and we hope to beat that total this year with your help.
