Story

Claire was a special person taken far too soon, she went through so much in life and never once complained. She touch so many lives. The help and support we have received is mind blowing. So many people wanting to help and we just thought this would be a lovely idea for Claire to have a special memorial stone in the lovely garden at Kirkwood. Any one can go pay their respects and it did feel like home at Kirkwood such a lovely place with lovely staff and volenteers xxxxx

Thank you all, in just 24 hours we have double what we needed. Words can't really say how we feel at the moment, so grateful to everyone that donated and also to everyone that has helped us in the past 16 months. I've tried shutting down the page as we have reach our target but it has to run for minimum of 30 days, lots of love to you all from Claire's family xxxx
