"I first met Claudia through Sue Kreitzman in 2008 and over the next 10 years welcomed Claudia as both a vibrant creative soul and as a loving loyal friend. Often excitable, we shared a love for Italian films and her creative paintings inspired by icons like Maria Callas, Monica Vitti and the screen goddesses of the golden age intrigued as they always felt like reflections of Claudia herself. Her work felt beautiful and strange like flowers blooming in the night. It was a pleasure to frequently present Claudia's work in many exhibitions over the last 10 years in the gallery at The Conference Centre at St Pancras Hospital and we will present a tribute to Claudia later in 2018 within a planned exhibition on the power of colour.
