Story
‘I will be walking along side Ex Middlesbough FC team mate and friend Andy Campbell and Chloe‘s Dad Mark, from Whitby to Redcar on Sunday the 8 th of April 2018
A 28 mile walk to raise funds for the Transplant Patients Trust and Institute of Transplantation at the Freemans Hospital
Marks little Chloe girl fell poorly after developing jaundice, and within 3 weeks she spent 9 days in a coma before a transplant
The family waited 6 long days for a match to become available
She is now doing amazingly well after the care from the trust and the hospital
Please help me raise funds and awareness for future children
