Story
We're raising money for a new inshore lifeboat in memory of Holyhead RNLI's Craig Steadman. The new boat will be stationed at Barmouth and named in his honour.
Craig died in a motorcycle accident in 2015. March 4th 2017 would have been his 30th birthday, so we're celebrating his life with his friends and family through a fundraising walk.
We're trekking from Craig's step-mum Sue's business in Bronaber to the Barmouth lifeboat station. Join us for the forest section in the morning, the flat Mawddach trail in the afternoon or the full walk. For details and to register see https://www.facebook.com/craigsteadmanwalk

7 years agoSo... need to shift those Christmas calories? I certainly do - the last chunk of the Christmas cake is calling me from the cake tin add with 3 kids in the house there is enough selection box chocolate here to start a sweet shop. I've started by signing up for #walk1000miles, and I'm focusing on Craig's Walk on March 4th - now just 8 weeks away. My goal this week is just to get out there and get some miles into my legs.
