I was offered the opportunity at school via World Challenge to take part in an expedition to Romania. During this trip I will be exploring Romania mainly hiking and camping in the Carpathian Mountains as well as participating in a community project building a playground for a local village.

I wanted to go on this trip because I want to try something different and I like the idea of being able to help in a project that helps other people.

The money raised here will help to fund the cost of my trip as I feel that it is important to be able to contribute towards this myself.

Therefore, I am asking for sponsorship for a physical challenge I have set myself to walk, cycle and swim the distance from Bristol to Romania! It is 1600 miles! I have already begun this and so far I have completed 746 miles already. I will continue to work towards this goal until my departure date in July.
