My son Jacob Hernandez died on the 14th of November 2015, he was only 19 years old. He took his own life on this day. I would like to fund a park bench to remember him. He is currently in a humanist plot but his tree had to be moved as it was not growing, so hence the park bench as a memorial to him. We have looked at the cost and it's way above our means. We would really like to do this one last thing for him. Thank you.
