As you all no Della was pregnant with triplets and she sadly lost one of her triplets baby Isabella at 24 weeks she got told as she lost Isabella she could go in to earley labour at 26 weeks she then got took in to hosiptal by the ambulance as she was having contractions at 10 to 10 they checked and said baby number 1 is coming at quarter past 10 she gave birth to her beautiful daughter Ava- mae Lisa pountney and weighing 1lb10 then at 10.31gave birth to her baby boy weighing 1lb 13 then at 10.45 given birth to her angel in the sky baby Isabella weighing 500g .... the baby's then got transferred to royal Gwent hosiptal the premature ward... where the baby's will spend some time there getting stronger and bigger. Any one who would like to donate money all money will go to baby Ava-mae and baby Cory and some money will be going to the royal Gwent premature ward thank you all
