Jayden, a fun loving, football fanatic young lad who has been diagnosed with this horrible disease. Battens disease will cause young Jayden to lose his sight, ability to walk and unfortunately the life expectancy is anywhere between 15-30 years old. Myself and another friend are putting on a Charity Family Fun Day on the 27th of August, so we can give Jayden a day full of fun with the things he loves to do the most. However, not everyone can attend, so I've made this Crowdfuding page after numerous of generous people have asked where they can donate to this cause..

All this money is going straight to Jayden, to give him the best possible experiences he can have before he can't do the things he loves the most. Such an amazing, cheeky young chap who deserves the world and more in life, and with any donation no matter how big or small will make his smile just that little bit bigger!
