Our dad was a lifelong kippaxer who devoted so much of his time and energy to improving the village for everyone, especially young people.

He was a scout and cub leader, a Lion, and Chair of the Parish council. He was even Santa for a number of years!

Despite battling Cancer for over a year, he continued to work for the people of the village throughout his illness, making sure the skate park was completed, helping to organise the village decoration for the Tour de Yorkshire and restoring the memorial ready for rememberance day to name a few. We would like to keep his legacy alive by creating a fund in his memory to go towards continuing to improve Kippax.

Please don’t send flowers for his funeral, instead donate to his legacy fund so that he can keep on making a difference to his beloved Kippax
