In 2016 my granddaughter Elaine Owusu was born in Ghana Africa,

She looked the picture of good health, but suddenly in September she took a turn and was not breathing properly or thriving.

The family in Ghana took her to be seen for a diagnosis, at this point they were told that Baby Elaine had a number of issues with her heart, including a heart murmur, right and left Atrio ventricular valve deformities and a hole in the heart.

We saught a solution to repairing Baby Elaine's heart, and have been given the price for an operation in India or in Birmingham, both specialists able to surgically repair the heart to better working function.

Baby Elaine needs £12,000 to facilitate the operation in either the UK or India - Baby Elaine's parents have been told that she will need this operation before 9 months of age.
