A FEBY Bracelet is a menstrual cycle tracking tool. It helps you to track your fertility window and connect back to the power within us. We need to welcome our period with gratitude, to see it’s beauty and don’t see it as a ‘lady problem’. When you feel tired, rest. When you feel energetic and social, connect. When you feel emotional, reflect and trust. It’s all perfectly natural and beautiful in its’s own right. Society wants us to hide it and even be ashamed of it, it expects all females to be the same. It doesn’t take into account the energies constantly changing inside of us and we try to act how we are expected to be. Don’t fight nature embrace it! If people don’t like it then they have a lot to understand about life.

We want to introduce these bracelets to the females within our project in Homa- Bay. It will be a mindful exercise to support female empowerment. Can you help us ?

How they work:

Map your cycle – Note the first and last day of your period, next note the number of days between the end of your period and the start of your next period. This may change each month but you can adjust your bracelet when required.
