My daughter Cailie was still born on 15th October 1997. She would have been 24 this year.

I am swimming 24 miles (1536 lengths of Ayr Pool) over 24 days starting on 7th September and ending on 15th October to raise awareness about baby loss and raise funds for Ayrshire Baby Loss Support.

Ayrshire Baby Loss Support is a voluntary group which was established in April 2021 by the former committee members of Ayrshire Sands to support local families who have been affected by the loss of a baby at any stage. They offer support meetings, befriending services, remembrance cards, information leaflets, book of remembrance and baby tracing service. They also support Healthcare Professionals by working together to improve and enhance professional practice with bereaved parents.

This is a great cause and its one very close to my heart so I would very much appreciate any donations for ABLS.
