This Holiday Season please help support UNICEF’s life-saving and life-changing supplies delivered to children and communities all over the world.

As a way to end the year, our Glasgow University UNICEF On Campus society has organised the “My wish for the new year” Campaign with the aim of both reflecting on progress that UNICEF has made, but at the same time raising awareness of issues that still need to be addressed and solved. In relation to this we are also reflecting on the different areas in which UNICEF works (including education, health, nutrition, war and disaster) and have chosen ‘UNICEF inspired gifts’ (i.e. life-saving and life-changing supplies) that relate to these topics.

The type of UNICEF supplies purchased will depend on how much we raise. If we raise more we are able to support children through supplying a gift of a greater scale.

1. Learning Materials for a Child for a year: £10 (education)
2. Polio Vaccines for 100 kids £13 (health)
3. Life Saving Milk for a Malnourished Child £15 (nutrition)
4. Shelter £25 (war)
5. Emergency Family Water Kit £30 (disaster)
6. Heat a classroom in Syria for 3 months (£105 - education & war)
