    To assist Mamie Sam who is suffering from breast growth.Her breast is getting larger and larger and she is finding it difficult to attend school any more, because of her being stigmatise by her friends in school and arround the community. families, doctors and some humanitarians are trying to get her to America for a breast surgery.
