This fundraising page has been set up in memory of Baby Jake Alan Shaw.
As most of you know I am training for the Stirling Scottish Marathon on Sunday 21st May 2017 in memory of my cousin Helen and her partner Robbies little baby boy who was born sleeping on 28th September 2016.

On 28th September 2016 Jake was sadly born asleep at 03:34am at 36 weeks due to a placental abruption. Jake weighed 4lbs 11oz. Jake was a much loved & truly wanted Son, Grandson, Nephew and cousin. The Cuddle Cot provides families of stillborns much needed time with your baby as it did with us for Jake. Before this happened to us we had never heard of a Cuddle Cot then Wishaw told us we could use this and take Jake home with the Cuddle Cot, altogether we got 5 days with Jake 3 in hospital and 2 at home. To have been able to take our baby home and change our baby and make the memories we did would not have been possible to do without the Cuddle Cot.
The most precious perfect angel, All funds raised will be towards buying a Cuddle Cot to donate to William O'mara and sons Funeral Directors in Motherwell.
A Cuddle Cot is a cooling mat that keeps baby cold giving grieving families the only extra time possible even being able to take their baby home for a night.
