    Story

As two MA students we are currently running the I Can Project workshops, specifically to engage indigenous peoples, the Amerindians, Caribs and Arawaks of Guyana, marginalized in their own lands, processing their social/political situation. The I Can Project uses drama & yoga workshops to reframe alternative narratives and engender hope in this community. Using drama games, writing for theatre and yoga, we can better enable them to identify their strenghts and holistically shift perception. We strongly believe the ripple effects of these positive changes can help create a better world.

The donations will go directly to support our 7-week project with the indigenous community in Guyana: transportation, sustainance, workshop/reading resources as participants' gifts from the I Can Project.

With your help I Can do more... endless possibilities lie in store...

    The I Can Project.
