11 months ago my wife walked out of the family home snatching my daughter from my life. I did not see my daughter for 107 days. There followed 7 court appearances where I was ordered from my home and told I must pay 25k.

I reluctantly agree to seeing my daughter at a supervised contact centre once a week. We would also FaceTime most nights when my wife would let her.

On the 24th of April my contact with my daughter was again further restricted and I now see my daughter just once a fortnight for 1 hour and only 2 ten minute FaceTime sessions per week which I now have to pay for.

I was sexually abused by my mother from the age of 12 to 15 and this has taken a terrible toll on my mental health. Over the past few years and especially since my wife stopped me from seeing my daughter my mental health has got worse and I have been forced to shut down my business and have been signed of sick with PTSD and OCD. I now shake all day. I have headaches and feel sick. I am stuck in fight or flight mode. I have finally managed to arrange an assessment with a psychiatrist and hope this might finally address my mental health and especially show the court I am not a danger to my daughter.

I have no family and very few friends as most have believed my wife's lies.

My wife in all proceedings has lied over and over again making claims in court that I might kill my daughter and that I might sexually abuse my daughter amongst other lies.

I have been unable to defend my self in court due to my mental health. I did have legal aid but this was mistakenly withdrawn before the court appearance to have me removed from my home. My barrister at one of the hearings turned up late to court drunk and was then suspended and fined.

My wife has refused to talk to me since she left in July last year and is refusing to separate our marital assets. More recently she has used my bank card to steal £200 from me and I was attacked in the street by her bother in law just last week. I have told the police about these incidents.

I have applied to the family court for a shared care order to be able to continue raising my daughter. My wife has continued to lie in these proceedings. I am very concerned I will never be able to see and raise my daughter uninhibited without a court order in place.

I would never do anything to hurt my daughter and I never have so much as smacked her. She is my world and each day I do not see her is breaking me as a human being.

In the last 6 months of living with my daughter my wife was secretly recording me and my daughter.

As my marriage was breaking down I was very stressed out and angry and my wife recorded a few arguments which she has used in proceedings which were not a true view of our marriage.

After speaking to over 60 solicitors I have finally found one who says she will help me but after 2 months still has not made my application to the legal aid agency. She has also refused to offer any legal advice. I have the final hearing on the 16th or August and I need to employ the services of a barrister to fight my case.

I am on universal credit and have just a few hundred pounds savings left which is not enough for me to pay a barrister to defend me and my daughter.

I just want to be able to raise and share the care of my daughter and have set up this page in hope I might be able to raise some funds to pay for the legal advice and support I I so desperately need to fight my case.

My daughter says to me all the time she wants to see me more and stay with me. My daughter is terribly upset at not seeing me. My wife does not seem to see this.

Please help me raise the funds so I might have my daughter back in my life. She is my world and I love her with all my heart.
