We have decided to try and complete the Goggins run challenge starting Saturday 1st May. This is to run 4 miles every 4 hours over a 48 hour period, running a total of 48 miles.

With what we both do for a living (Louise - Supported Families Worker & Jemma - owner of Rossendale Dance and Drama Centre in Ramsbottom & Waterfoot), we want to raise whatever we can for Healthy Young Minds at Birch Hill Hospital due to the increasing number of Children struggling with their mental health. Something we have both witnessed throughout the pandemic. Anything we can do to help this fantastic charity would be really appreciated.
