On the 16th February 2017, our family lost an incredible woman who had been fighting for many years. Not only was she a Mother and Grandmother, but she was a wife, a sister and a friend.
During her fight, the Shotley Stroke Unit provided great care for Sue (Grumpsy to her granddaughters) throughout her time there and were excellent in handling her situation, battling with the immune defficiency that she had suffered from.
I wrote a song, 'All I Know', in memory of my wonderful Grandmother, in the hope that she is up there listening. We would all appreciate it hugely if you could donate, even a small amount, to this page for the Shotley Stroke Unit at Ipswich hospital, in thanks and support for their time and effort that they have, and will continue putting into their patients.
Sue (Grumpsy) was a beautiful lady and will forever remain the kindest lady I know. All donations appreciated :)
