Story
On 4th August this year at the age of 43 Jim Bonner lost his battle with Myeloma and passed away with his family by his side. One of life's good guys, Jim was a true family man and his main concern during his illness would not have been for himself but for the welfare of his wife Nana and kids Alex (aged 11) and Melissa (aged 9) without him. i know that he would have wanted them to be able to continue their day-to-day lives with as little disruption as possible. Without Jim's income to support them, any financial help you can provide will go a long way to ensuring this is the case. If you knew and loved Jim, as so many did, please give whatever you can to help his family.

7 years agoI will be closing the fund very shortly. We have raised not far under £40,000 which is amazing and way more than the initial target. Thank you so much to everyone who donated, the response and generosity of all those who knew Jim has been amazing and I know that Nana and the kids are overwhelmed at this generosity. Not only will the money really help them, it has been a great comfort for them to see how loved Jim was and to know that they are not alone. He will never be forgotten. On behalf of Nana, Alex and Melissa, thank you SO MUCH

I clearly remember the day I met Jim for the first time. He was great guy and we are gonna miss him. My condolences goes to his family.

Very fond memories of working with Jim. Had a wonderful lunch with him at the Victoria Embankment Gardens 10 years ago as we talked about life and work. My deepest condolences to his wife and kids.
