I am raising funds for our dear friend Tony Saggs by running my first ever half marathon Sunday 19th November, i was just going to use this as a trial run for one i am training for next year and i wasn't going to make it public! BUT since our dear friend Tony was recently taken from us i feel that i would like to raise some funds for the hospice in Sawbridgeworth that helped and looked after Tony in the few weeks he was there.

They are called Friends of Sawbridgeworth Neuro Centres, they help take out the residents like Tony who are adults who suffered brain tumours, all traumatic brain injuries and are in permanent care.

They are all volunteers and help organise days out, trips and activities to help improve the lives of everyone in permanent care.

The donations will help them fund further activities and trips for all of the residents.

This means i have to run this all the way! and Tony's memory will be pushing me along, as i haven't had alot of training!
