Story
Over 12 months ago I lost a close friend to Mental Health, it’s only when this happens that you realise how little support is out there. You may have seen I have been working to help raise awareness for a small charity Andy’s Man club, this charity works to reduce suicide rates in men and encourage men to talk #itsoktotalk. On the 19th October I will be climbing Mt Kilimanjaro, I’m doing this to raise both awareness and funds for this charity. If you could share this post to let people know about Andys man club, or if you would like to donate that would be great. I have self funded this adventure so any donations received would go directly to the charity. Thank you
