Since its launch in 2016 Women of Kaieteur has vowed to make a demonstrable contribution to the enrichment and empowerment of women and girls in Guyana. As part of this approach we send school supplies to Guyana once a year at the beginning of the new school year to help children from single mother homes as well as young women and girls.

This year is no different. In addition to running this crowdfudning campaign we are also hosting a Sponsored Walk and Picnic on 12 May to help raise teh money necessary to purchase much needed supplies.
