On the 15th of June this year, Bobo sadly lost his 19 month battle with DIPG. He fought this disease with such courage and never complained. Even after 2 brain biopsies, followed by 30 then a further 10 sessions of radiotherapy, he battled on in his own humorous way. In memory of Bobo, I am running Baxters 10k on the 24th of September, and would love to raise as much money as possible to donate to DIPG Research in his name.
