Liss es una pequeña quien con sufrimiento fetal al nacer ha podido desarrollarse en su entorno familiar. Cuenta con muchas ganas de vivir y salir adelante a pesar de su problema psicomotriz en el desarrollo de lenguajey razonamiento. Cursa el 4o año de escuela primaria en la ciudad de La Paz y cuenta con un corazón enorme a pesar de las dificultades que enfrenta para su edad.
