Llandudno RFC Under 14's

Llandudno RFC is a well established rugby union team playing in the WRU division 1 north. The club provides coaching to all ages for both boys and girls as well as arranging fixtures throughout the season. Not only are children taught how to play rugby they are also taught how to respect officials and other players and how to behave professionally when on the playing field. The training and coaching has a real positive effect on the children and plays an important part in local grass roots rugby.

The rugby club relies on donations and sponsorship to help cover costs associated with kitting out players. With many teams and ages of children to cater for the financial impact to provide kit for players with shirts, socks, shorts, other clothing and accessories can be significant. From under 8's to under 16's and youths the club is constantly renewing shirts and shorts so the children can play and look respectable in club colours.

Llandudno RFC Under 14's are currently planning on several fundraising events over 2018 in order to raise funds to put towards new training tops, kit bags and training equipment. This crowdfunding is to help them raise money needed to invest in clothing and training equipment.

Every week many kids give up their time to train and play for the club, the clubs coaches give up their time to train the children for no return. If anything this crowdfunding will also give something back to the players and coaches who give up so much time from their daily schedules.

Last year the club was able to raise sufficient funds to give shirts, shorts, socks and club bags and other accessories to the children who play for the Under 12's (as above). When the children all have matching kit and accessories it helps them feel more confident and provides a better image when attending matches and events.

Would it not be great if through this crowdfunding we could raise enough money to kit out the Under 14's and purchase training equipment that will benefit all ages of children who play for Llandudno RFC.

Having 2 children that play for Llandudno RFC I can assure you that any donation made no matter what amount will be greatly received and put to good use.
