Story
This year we have been raising money for the children's heart surgery fund. We were inspired by the gorgeous, brave, beautiful Isabella who underwent open heart surgery at just 5 days old, then again at 9 months old and 20 months old!
Recently, we have been fundraising to buy Christmas presents for babies and children who will sadly spend their Christmas in hospital, in a hope to put a little smile on their face. I can't imagine anything more heart breaking than my baby been in hospital, especially at this time of year. If you would like to help us, please donate. Thank you for your support. Xxx
