Story
A group of Lockheed Martin Employees are running a couch to 5K. As the title suggests it is to get people who have never run before running a 5k in circa 8 weeks. This does not just offer them the opportunity to increase their fitness but also raise money for two worthwhile charities very close to and providing valuable assistance to fellow Lockheed Martin Employees and their families hearts.
